I'd ALWAYS rather know than not. I'm ALWAYS willing to accept the responsibility of choice. I have long said: "If I were on my deathbed with my children gathered around me and had one last breath, I'd say to them, 'You always have a choice.'" If granted a *bonus* breath:), I would add, "Therefore, it always comes down to personal responsibility."
